Do I still need to get a ticket now that the conference is free?
Yes! We want to ensure we have space for everyone. Please get a ticket to let us know you’re coming.
Am I able to get a refund?
If you purchased a ticket before the conference became free, you should have already received a full refund via Eventbrite to the original payment method.
Do I still need to register/check in with a free ticket?
Yes! We still want to get you registered for the conference to know that you are present and accounted for.
Will I be able to store my luggage at the conference?
Unfortunately, we will not have dedicated space for luggage storage. Please arrange for your luggage to be kept at your place of lodging or in your vehicle. We will refuse entry to those who bring luggage to the conference.
I am no longer able to attend the conference. What can I do?
We’re sorry to hear you won’t be able to attend. If someone else is interested, you can transfer your ticket to them via Eventbrite.
Will there be childcare?
There will be no childcare. Children under are permitted to attend but only on parents lap.
What’s the age limit for tickets?
Children 12 years old and older must register. Once again only children 2 years and younger can sit in their parent’s lap.
Are there any bag restrictions for the Conference?
Yes. Only clear bags measuring 12” x 6” x 12” or smaller are allowed. Clear bags will be available for purchase if needed.
Will there be assigned seating?
No. Seating is first come, first served.
Can we bring food?
We encourage you to eat before sessions, as food is not allowed in the arena. Food trucks will be available. Snacks are permitted in the lobby or the outdoor seating area.
I may need some special accommodations due to ADA.
We want to ensure that our team can properly prepare for your arrival! Please check the button during your ticketing purchase process to notify us of your ADA accommodation requests. Please note, we will only allow one ticketed guest to help accommodate you during the conference. If you need additional assistance, our team is here to support you!
